Arbitrator Longo has been a full-time labor arbitrator since 2010, focusing exclusively on labor

arbitration, and is a member of the National Academy of Arbitrators.

Prior to establishing his practice as an arbitrator, Arbitrator Longo served as General Counsel for

the largest labor union in western Pennsylvania, a Law Clerk for the Commonwealth Court of

Pennsylvania, a civil defense attorney for a mid-size Pittsburgh law firm, and a contract negotiator for Westinghouse Electric Corporation, where he negotiated and administered prime contracts for U.S. Navy submarines and aircraft carriers.

Arbitrator Longo is a 1990 graduate of the University of Pittsburgh and a 1997 graduate of the University of Pittsburgh School of Law.
