I have been a full-time arbitrator since 2010, focusing exclusively on labor arbitration, and am a member of the National Academy of Arbitrators.
Prior to establishing my practice as an arbitrator, I served as General Counsel for the largest labor union in western Pennsylvania; a law clerk for the Commonwealth Court of Pennsylvania; a civil defense attorney for a mid-size Pittsburgh law firm; and a contract negotiator for Westinghouse Electric Corporation, where I negotiated and administered prime contracts for construction of the nuclear power plants of U.S. Navy submarines and aircraft carriers.
I am a 1990 graduate of the University of Pittsburgh and a 1997 graduate of the University of Pittsburgh School of Law.
